Ards and North Down Borough Council goes live on Routeware SmartCity

Routeware is pleased to announce that Ards and North Down Borough Council is now up and running on Routeware SmartCity as their new waste management software platform.

The council has been using Routeware’s previous environmental operations and in-cab system for a number of years. This upgrade provides the council with a more modern, easier-to-use platform that will allow service teams continue to provide efficient, high quality waste and recycling services to over 160,000 residents.

The new solution includes a cloud-based portal for operations and route management, and new in-cab devices in the council’s 34 refuse collection vehicles.
