Robert DeKoning, President, CEO
Bob DeKoning brings over 30 years experience in the technology industry. Prior to Routeware, he was the CEO of Tactix, Pixion and Unicru where he grew revenue from $1.5M to $28M in 4 years. Mr. DeKoning is also active in the community as the Chairman of the American Electronics Association (Oregon Chapter) and a Board member of the Association For Corporate Growth where he was past President.
Steven Kaufman, Founder & Sr. Vice President
Steven Kaufman is Founder & Sr. Vice President of Routeware, Inc. He has more than twenty years experience in product development, manufacturing, and operations. He has worked for Intel and Wang Laboratories in the US and Europe, as well as other technology and engineering firms. Mr. Kaufman is also a founder of Routeware.
Dennis Keizer, Vice President, Sales
Dennis Keizer brings over thirty three years of industry experience. Dennis recently led the sales efforts for Waste Management in over 20 states with revenues over $2.6 billion. In addition, he was a partner in Best Scavenger Services. Dennis has numerous industry awards and has held leadership roles in industry and community groups, such as the Future Leaders Forum of the National Solid Waste Management.
Ron Pettit, Vice President, Engineering
Ron Pettit brings 25 years experience in Unix, Linux, and Windows R&D environments with extensive people/program/product management experience. He has specialized in server platform and enterprise application environments while working at AT&T Bell Labs, ADP Dealer Services, and most recently, Open Source Development Labs (OSDL) where he helped promote Linux adoption in enterprise application environments.
Peter Trumbo, Chief Financial Officer
Peter Trumbo is a seasoned, seventeen-year CFO with diverse industry experience. He has worked with companies of all sizes, from start-up to $150 million in revenue, and has an extensive investment banking background, having closed more than $1 billion in transactions. He began his career with Deloitte Haskins & Sells and holds an MBA from Golden Gate University.
Dave Wagers, Vice President, Operations
Dave has spent most of his 35 year career as a senior executive in both the USA and Europe in the high technology information services and software industry. He has extensive experience in client services, operations, hardware engineering, general management, business development
and strategic planning with both Fortune 500 companies as well as start-ups.
