Pat Terrell

Pat Terrell, Chairman

Since 1976, Pat Terrell has served as founder and CEO of the Byte Shops Northwest and of Leading Technology, Inc., two successful technology firms that grew from start-up to more than $350M in combined revenue. In 1992, he became a managing partner in an investment firm specializing in real estate development and venture capital. Mr. Terrell brings this experience to Routeware as its Chairman.

Paul Heil

The Heil Company is one of the most respected names in the solid waste industry. Paul Heil served the company in many senior management capacities, pioneering new technologies such as the Heil Half/Pack Front Loader and the One Man Automated Side Loader. Today, Mr. Heil brings his industry knowledge to Routeware’s automation technology.


Bob Wiggins

Bob Wiggins

Bob Wiggins is a well-known entrepreneur, lawyer and investor in early-stage companies in Oregon. Mr. Wiggins served President of BLT Technologies and Chairman and CEO of Legal Anywhere, Inc. Mr. Wiggins has been an active investor in a number of Pacific Northwest start-ups, including Learning.com, SnapNames.com, Decision Dynamics, Inc. and DealPlanner. He is Managing Member of Mount Hood Equity Partners LP, (www.mthep.com) a shareholder of the Company.


Tom Holce

Tom Holce

Tom Holce, principal of Holce Investments, is an entrepreneur and angel investor who has built or helped to build dozens of successful companies in the Pacific Northwest over the last 50 years. He was the founder/CEO of such companies as Kentrox, Sentrol and Mikros, and held senior positions at Electro Scientific Industries Inc. and Plantronics. He also served as Chairman of Seasons Foods, BLT Technologies, Inc., Mitron and Decision Dynamics, Inc.


Robert DeKoning, President, CEO

Robert DeKoning

Bob DeKoning brings over 30 years experience in the technology industry. Prior to Routeware, he was the CEO of Tactix, Pixion and Unicru where he grew revenue from $1.5M to $28M in 4 years. Mr. DeKoning is also active in the community as the Chairman of the American Electronics Association (Oregon Chapter) and a Board member of the Association For Corporate Growth where he was past President.

Milt Mittelstedt

Milt Mittelstedt

Milt Mittelstedt was a tax partner at Deloitte &Touche LLP, beginning his accounting career in 1967 and retiring in 1995. He was the Chief Financial Officer of BLT Technologies, Inc. from 1995 until its sale to WorldCom in 1996. Since retirement, Mr. Mittelstedt has served as a Board member or Advisory Board member of Veris Industries, Inc., Decision Dynamics, Inc., Legal Anywhere, Inc., Cerus Industrial and Holce Investments. He is a trustee and advisor for various individual and charitable trusts.
