Tom Malone, President, CEO
Tom Malone has over 25 years of experience in the software, computer services, and telecommunications industries. He has led corporations as large as 1.5 billion in sales and as small as $12 million. Prior to Routeware, he served as CEO or president of Accero Inc., SRC Software, GST Telecom, and Cable and Wireless USA. Tom has extensive leadership experience in sales, marketing, and product management. He received a BS in engineering technology from Miami University of Ohio.
Jay Nichols, Sr. Vice President, Sales
Jay Nichols joined Routeware in January, 2012. He has over 25 Years of successful Sales and Sales Management experience in the software and services industries, and is responsible for the continued growth and expansion of Routeware’s client base. Prior to joining Routeware Jay served as Vice President of Sales for Accero, a leading provider of HR and Payroll software and services, Vice President of Sales for SRC Software, a premium provider of Performance Management software, and before that was a Vice President of Sales at Cable & Wireless, a $1.5 billion multinational telecommunications company. Prior to his tenure at Cable & Wireless, Jay worked for Lotus Development, as a Director of Sales. Jay received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Western Connecticut State University.
Dennis Keizer, Sr. Vice President, National Accounts and Business Development
Dennis Keizer brings over thirty three years of industry experience. Dennis recently led the sales efforts for Waste Management in over 20 states with revenues over $2.6 billion. In addition, he was a partner in Best Scavenger Services. Dennis has numerous industry awards and has held leadership roles in industry and community groups, such as the Future Leaders Forum of the National Solid Waste Management.
Ron Pettit, Vice President, Engineering and Operations
Ron Pettit brings 25 years experience in Unix, Linux, and Windows R&D environments with extensive people/program/product management experience. He has specialized in server platform and enterprise application environments while working at AT&T Bell Labs, ADP Dealer Services, and most recently, Open Source Development Labs (OSDL) where he helped promote Linux adoption in enterprise application environments.
